Privacy
Hot Head Sauna Hats is run by Robert Flanagan, a sole trader based in Co. Dublin, Ireland. This notice explains what we do with your details.
Orders
Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, phone and delivery address so we can send your order and contact you about it. We never see or store your card details. Order records are kept for as long as Irish tax law requires.
Trade enquiries
If you use the trade enquiry form, we store what you send and email it to ourselves so we can reply. We don't use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we delete enquiries that go nowhere within 24 months.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We may use cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email hello@hotheadsaunahats.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
